Solana and Invariant Joining Bering Waters to Speak at the Largest Competition for Technical Graduates in Poland.
With just 48 hours to go to the Gala Closing the Competition “Engineer 4 Science” for the Universities Diplomas Thesis in Poland and IEEE Day 2022, we are excited to confirm that our partners at Solana and Invariant are joining Bering Waters to speak.
Yuriy Kashnikov, Tech Lead at Bering Waters, will introduce to Bering Waters University, a program designed to train recent graduates for software engineering careers to become the top experts in blockchain technology. Our mission is to solve the talent gap for leading blockchain projects globally and provide some of the most exciting career opportunities in the tech industry.
Bartosz Lipiński is the Head of Product Engineering at Solana. During the talk, he will share a review of the current state of the Solana ecosystem, the meteoric rise since its inception, and the foundation it has laid for the composability of crypto apps.
Also speaking is Wojciech Cichocki, CEO and Lead Developer at Invariant. He represents the backbone of the next generation of Polish blockchain developers and founders. During the talk, he will be elaborating on how to maximize Solana’s composability on the example of a concentrated liquidity Automated Market Maker (AMM).

Converting ideas into action, Bering Waters has partnered with the 4 Science Institute in a diploma thesis competition “Engineer 4 Science 2022” targeting leading Polish universities.
It’s a 5th edition of the competition organized under the patronage of The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Section Poland, whose mission is to build a bridge between tech industry and universities in Poland.
Gov Tech Poland, a cross-ministerial task force operating in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, with a wide mandate for facilitating the adoption of innovative policies and technical solutions across the public sector is another prestige patron of the event.
Bering Waters is a Diamond Sponsor of the Competition, alongside Intel, the largest benefactors of the competition. Other major sponsors include Samsung, Philips, and Nordea.
Within its sponsorship, Bering Waters has selected a total of eight departments at seven universities located in the major Polish cities and tech hubs that are aligned with its vision.
Bering Waters University’s first iteration of the program is focused on the Solana ecosystem for smart contract and platform development. Shortlisted candidates who successfully complete the purpose-built training curriculum are offered opportunities to work across the Solana ecosystem through the Bering Waters partnership network. While working in fields of specialization chosen during the course, the graduates will be involved in some of the most exciting projects in the industry.
We believe in facts and examples — during the Gala event there will be a fireside talk from Solana and Invariant. Both company representatives will elaborate on the possibilities of the Solana ecosystem and exemplify it with a successful Krakow based team comprising young engineers freshly graduated.
